Roland Wawrzyniak



Roland Wawrzyniak started his business in 1981 after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting and Taxation, both from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), along with being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In his professional life, Roland enjoys helping his clients better their lives by assisting them in reaching their financial goals. He says that the most rewarding aspect of his profession is that he becomes friends with his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family doing a variety of things together.  Attending college and professional football and basketball games is one of his favorite things to do, while he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball.

Lynn Anthony


Lynn Anthony joined Roland’s employment on January 4, 2005, as a bookkeeper for all the clients that have hired us to complete their financial statements. She is a self-taught bookkeeper since 1983. Prior to 1983, she worked as Head Nurse of the surgical floor (BSN & RN Degree from University of Cincinnati, OH) and full-time Mom to two boys. After filing for divorce in 1983 she started bookkeeping as an entry-level employee with the Revco Drug Store’s corporate office in Ohio (Now known as CVS). She was quickly promoted to Supervisor of Accounts Receivable Department where she stayed for 3 years. Late in 1986, she took an opportunity to move into “Construction Accounting.” This construction accounting career was with three companies spanning over thirteen years. Prior to leaving Ohio in 2002 & moving to Texas, she was Controller at a mid-size manufacturing plant for 2 years. As a part-time job, Lynn worked with Executive Tax Services of H & R Block working on the more complex personal tax returns from 1987 – 1994. She enjoys spending time with friends & family. She attends high school baseball, soccer, and football games. She is very active in her neighborhood mentoring children who enjoy spending time with her. In her heart, these kids are all her “grandkids.”

Nati Shaw

Account Manager

Nati brings 16 years of business experience to her role as Accounting Manager for this firm. She performs and oversees critical accounting functions including cloud-based accounting, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. She also does tax return preparation work.

Nati joined our team two years ago after having graduated with honors from St Edward’s University with an MBA with an emphasis in Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has continuing education in Tax Law.
Prior to joining this firm, she spent nearly a decade in the construction industry where she successfully handled large projects and developed efficient cost control systems that increased the projects’ profitability. In her current role, she focuses on implementing automated accounting systems aimed to provide our clients with timely and accurate financial information to help them make sound business decisions to improve their bottom line. Nati has two young girls who are the love of her life and her source of joy. Her spare time finds her listening to Latin music, going on adventures with her kids, and hanging out with friends.

Van has been with Roland Wawrzyniak Inc CPA since 2017, overseeing all administrative functions in the office as Administrative Assistant. Van has strong organizational skills, effective professional communication manner for excellent client relations, skilled in handling multiple assignments and meet procedural timelines in an efficient manner.
